Shipping Policy
The YoYoLoco Online Store offers shipping options via USPS Priority and Express Mail to customers in the United States, Canada and throughout the world. Our website is integrated with the US Postal Service website and will calculate your shipping cost based on estimated package weight prior to final checkout.
• Orders placed Monday - Friday by 1:00 pm (Mountain Time Zone) will Ship the Same Day
• Saturday orders placed by 10 am (Mountain Time Zone) will ship on Saturday morning.
Domestic US destination addresses. Holidays excluded. Exceptions for incorrect and missing address/processing information which must be validated.
Please use current and accurate delivery and billing address information when placing your order. Errors will delay your order shipment date if we need to verify information or contact you for any reason. Always provide a current email address that you use and check regularly.
Customer orders that can not be processed the next business day will be advised via email.

• Shipping: For United States Customers
Priority Mail:
Priority Mail is a reasonably priced, fast and reliable method for shipping lightweight packages. Average travel time is listed by the Post Office as 2-4 business days throughout the continental United States. Number of travel days will vary based on your distance from our shipping location in Colorado. Priority Mail service currently allows for Saturday delivery of your order. A delivery confirmation number will be provided via email after your order has shipped.
Please Note: The Delivery Confirmation Number issued by the Post Office mainly provides proof of delivery and assistance should your package become lost in transit. The Delivery Confirmation Number is not to be confused with a “tracking number”, and will often have inaccurate or no information about your package until the day of delivery.
For heavier packages or large item shipments, YoYoLoco may substitute FedEx/UPS Ground shipping if it is determined to be a better/more suitable method of delivery, rather than the Priority Mail method selected at the time of ordering. Customer will be advised via email and there will be no additional cost to customer.
Express Mail:
Express Mail offers 1-2 business day shipping throughout the continental United States. The package is insured, with signature confirmation for security at the time of delivery.
Typically Express Mail is an overnight service, but this is not guaranteed due to conditions and your delivery location. Please see the USPS Express Mail Service Commitment page and calculator at http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp. Enter our Zip Code of 80829 and your destination Zip Code for accurate estimated delivery date.
• Shipping: For International Customers
International orders are processed promptly. After your order is packed and ready to ship, we will send you an email to verify address information, shipping cost and delivery method. Your prompt reply and confirmation of your delivery address information will expedite the final shipment of your order. When ordering, please provide an email address that you use and check regularly.
International Priority Mail:
International Priority Mail is a reliable and cost effective method of delivery for lightweight packages to most countries. The package is insured, with an average travel time listed by the US Postal Service as 6-10 business days. A tracking number will be emailed at the time your order is shipped.
Express Mail International:
Express Mail International has an average travel time listed by the US Postal Service as 4-6 business days to most countries. The package is insured, and a tracking number will be emailed at the time your order is shipped.
Additional notes for international customers:
At the time of delivery and upon receipt, the purchaser is responsible for all customs duty for items bought and shipped from YoYoLoco. Customs duty is a tax by your government placed on imported goods, we have no control over these charges. Customs charges assigned by your government are separate from the shipping cost paid to YoYoLoco at the time of your order, and must be paid at the time you receive your package.
International Customs processing can delay package arrival dates. YoYoLoco has no control over and is not responsible for delays due to any shipping errors or customs inspection process.

***Please be advised all package shipping costs via ANY carrier is a 100% Non-Refundable fee. YoYoLoco will not be held responsible for stolen, missed, slow, or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including unexpected carrier delivery delays, weather and/or mechanical-related delivery slow-downs, 'signature-required' package drop-off enforcement, delivery hang-tag notification, or other any other reason(s). Although UPS, FedEx and USPS are all usually very reliable package delivery services, all YoYoLoco shipping fees are completely NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. "Overnight" UPS/FedEx/Express Mail service included!
- Please use an expedited shipping method if you are concerned about a specific delivery date.
- Choose a shipping method that includes Signature on Delivery if you are concerned about security or a package being stolen.
- Use a insured method if you are concerned about your order contents being damaged while in transit.

*** Note to scammers (but we seriously doubt you will be reading this) - YoYoLoco reserves the right to cancel any order/partial order as well as the corresponding order payment from a customer if there are nonconfirmed errors, omissions, inaccurate/misleading information provided by customer, or declined payments during credit card processing. And we do report the fraudulent/stolen card information quickly to law enforcement agencies.
