The MVP 2 takes the extreme weight distribution of the original MVP and tweaks it with several modern design refinements: An inner ‘step’ on the face, an undercut on the inside edge of the rim, and a slightly altered angle on the inner grind surface are just a few of the changes. One of the more drastic changes that come with the new MVP 2 is option to choose between aluminum types: super high grade 6061 aluminum (dual tumbled/shiny finish) or upgraded 7075 aluminum (shiny finish). Due to the strong followings that each finish and each type of metal have, we are leaving it up the player to decide which option suits them best. Regardless of how you take it, the MVP 2 is a serious upgrade to an already dominant competition yo-yo.
*** For Advanced/Expert players, this an non-responsive yo-yo capable of extremely long spin times. You must be able to perform a "bind return" in order to make this yoyo return to your hand.
