YoYoLoco Return and Refund Policy

YoYoLoco Product Return and Refund Policy: 

Please inspect all products for manufacturing defects and flaws when they first arrive and prior to use. Product returns at YoYoLoco are easily accepted as long as we are notified within 14 days of package arrival, item is in new and unused condition, and all other terms of the YoYoLoco return policy are met. An approved "Return Authorization" and number is necessary prior to sending a product to YoYoLoco. Customer is responsible for proper product maintenance and replacement of product wearable parts (such as yoyo strings, bearings, pads, etc.) as well as the correct reassembly of any item.

If an item is determined to be defective or have a manufacturing flaw we will replace the item directly or involve the manufacturer for replacement.
Please Note: Many “defects” reported by customers are in fact not manufacturing defects, but caused by operator error, improper reassembly by the user, or simply the original purchase by the customer was not properly researched prior to ordering. It is always best to ask questions prior to ordering or performing any “maintenance/fixes” should a product not perform to your expectation. We are here to assist and will gladly help to resolve any problem, which may involve putting you in direct contact with the manufacturer’s technical support.

Any product warranty does not include abuse, mistreatment, or impact with other solid objects (ie. no bashing against rocks, etc.)
Returned Products MUST be "As-New". This means that they're in pristine condition, functioning perfectly, and include ALL the original materials found in the product packaging (owner's manuals, outer packaging boxes, inner plastic bags, product warranty cards, product literature, additional accessories, and any other little bits or pieces that originally came with the product). You must return the product to YoYoLoco within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
We do not accept product returned that is not in "as-new" condition.

Refund Policies
Assuming all "like-new" conditions are fully met, we will gladly refund the purchase price of products in your order if you are not satisfied for any reason.
*Please be advised YoYoLoco reserves the right to impose a re-stocking fee at our sole discretion for ANY returned item that has been damaged, cosmetically dinged, returned without all originally included accessories.
Shipping costs: Shipping Costs are not refundable under any circumstances. However, in the event you received a defective item, we will provide you with a free shipping return label or provide a product exchange at no cost to you.
Returned items must arrive back to YoYoLoco safe and undamaged. Please avoid re-stocking fees by packaging & shipping your items back to us safely, securely packed, and BOXED with your name and address clearly marked on the outside. You may use any shipping method of your choice. We highly recommend all packages sent back to YoYoLoco be shipped via traced delivery for your security and peace of mind.
DO NOT use an envelop or envelop with padding. Do not ship items back in JUST the product box for protection, as it's 100% assured they will no longer be in "as-new" condition when we receive them and an automatic re-stocking fee will apply! Please ship the product back in the original outer packing box, or another that is comparable.
Customer remains 100% solely responsible for ALL return postage costs when returning or exchanging any non-defective item(s) to YoYoLoco. We are not responsible for any items lost while being returned back to YoYoLoco - it is for this reason we HIGHLY recommend that you ship returns using an insured and “signature required" delivery method since obviously we can't be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Returns received after the exchange & return period has elapsed will have the products returned to them at customer expense.

YoYoLoco does not permit the return of or offer refunds for gift cards and gift certificates.
